Rex Kingham
Rex inherited Farnborough from his late parents, Howard and Evelyn Kingham in the early 1990’s, and has always held a fondness for the Jersey breed.
Sadly, Rex passed away in 2020, and Farnborough passed to his two daughters, Joanne and Meagan.
Joanne Brownscombe
Joanne is the eldest daughter of Rex, and wife of Simon. She assists in the financials and bookkeeping of the farm’s records. Having spent her childhood visiting her grandparents at Farnborough, Joanne is a strong advocate of keeping the farm as a family owned and run business, and would love to see future generations enjoying it.
Meagan Kingham
Meagan is the youngest child of Rex. She is interested in asset management, and is keen to take more of an active role in helping to manage the farms assets alongside her family. Meagan grew up visiting the farm to see her Grandparents and also wishes to maintain the farm so it can be passed down to future generations.
Simon Brownscombe
Simon is Joanne’s husband and has been helping to manage the on-site running of Farnborough alongside the Farm Manager. Simon has also been responsible for the ongoing restoration of the Manager’s Residence, Farm House, and the Dairy. Simon remains a valuable asset to Farnborough, and brings with him a wide range of knowledge and expertise in many areas.
Jessica Watts
Jessica is Joanne and Simon’s eldest child. Having spent the majority of holidays during her childhood at Farnborough, she was honored to be asked to create and maintain the Farnborough website, email service and social media. Having completed her Masters of Marketing, creating the Farnborough website has allowed to her put to use the skills she has recently acquired, as well as learning new ones about website development and hosting.
